摘要: The rate of cholesteryl ester transfer between intrinsic high and low density lipoproteins (HDL LDL) was measured in human serum the absence lecithin:cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) very lipoproteins. calculated according to equilibrium model two lipoprotein pools. average 213 +/- 95 nmol/h/ml (mean S.E.) for all 20 normal 13 hyperlipoproteinemic subjects. individual higher by several times than cholesterol esterification rate, showing that generated LCAT on HDL is promptly distributed among various subclasses. significantly proportional product LDL concentrations, a possible indicator frequency collision these lipoproteins, range physiological concentrations. Among subjects analyzed patient with remarkable hyperalphalipoproteinemia accompanied hypertriglyceridemia, who showed relation his Compositional analysis lipids patients also supported possibility impaired neutral activity blood.
