New functionality of RNAComposer: an application to shape the axis of miR160 precursor structure.

摘要: RNAComposer is a fully automated, web-interfaced system for RNA 3D structure prediction, freely available at http://rnacomposer.cs.put.poznan.pl/ and http://rnacomposer.ibch.poznan.pl/. Its main components are: manually curated database of elements, highly efficient computational engine user-friendly web application. In this paper, we demonstrate how the latest additions to allow user significantly affect process model composition on several levels. Although in general our method based knowledge secondary topology, currently offers choice six incorporated programs prediction. It also allows apply conditional search elements introduce user-provided into final model. This new functionality contributes significant improvement predicted reliability it facilitates better adjustment experimental data. exemplified application modelling structures precursors miR160 family members.
