摘要: In this paper, the standard 0.18 µm CMOS technology is employed to design two compact 60 GHz bandpass filters using complementary-conducting strip transmission lines (CCS-TLs). The CCS-TL a kind of synthetic quasi-TEM line. For integrated circuit process, guided-wave structure not only automatically satisfies requirement metal density rules, but also provides slow-wave effect miniaturize size. By applying CCS-TLs, dual-mode ring filters, denoted as type-I and are developed with two-types perturbation structures, namely step-impedance sections shunt open stubs. inserted structures mainly utilized produce pair zeros for improving passband selectivity. core sizes type-II 360 µm× 210 330 240 µm, respectively. filter has 3.86 dB insertion loss 36% 3-dB bandwidth at center frequency 65.25 GHz, while 4.8 28.3% 63.5 GHz. out-of-passband suppressions all better than 20 dB.
