摘要: Introduction: Despite the fact that social support has been found to be important cardiovascular health, there is a paucity of information regarding relationship between and outcomes long-term after heart transplantation (HT). Thus, purposes this prospective, longitudinal study were examine (1) satisfaction with post HT quality life (QOL) survival, (2) predictability two types (emotional tangible) and, (3) if mediator among stress, coping QOL transplantation. Methods: Data collected from 555 patients (pts) (78% male, 88% white, mean age=53.8 years) at 4 U.S. sites using following instruments: Social Support Index, Stressor Scale, Jalowiec Coping chart review.
