摘要: Experiments were carried out to determine the toxicity of leaf extracts Mentha microphylla (Mint) and Citrullus colocynthis (Colothyn) either as crude or formulations. The efficacy formulation tested against nymphes whitefly, Bemisia tabaci 50os aphid, Aphis craccivora. LC for Colothyn first, second, third pupae 594.47, 50 558.00, 4437.90 4979.86 ppm respectively, while 303.57, 430.77, 368.27 917.78 respectively. For Mint 309.53, 504.20, 653.89 1443.91 But 170.70, 178.69, 288.21 947.79 Also previous plant craccivora was 621.94 123.68 mint 509.29 392.54 Generally, results obtained indicated that formulated are more toxic than extracts. differences in chemical composition may explain observed mortality. study major compounds (phemanthrene ester, hexadecanoic acid methyl ester octadecanoic ester).GC/MS analysis revealed components explained mortality which could reduce reliance on synthetic pesticides. Further is needed investigate performance new insecticides.
