摘要: Abstract Objective Investigate the overall survival of patients with FIGO stage I endometrioid endometrial carcinoma who underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNBx). Methods Patients diagnosed between 2012 and 2015 pathological minimally invasive hysterectomy had at least one month follow-up were identified in National Cancer Database (NCDB). SLNBx or systematic lymphadenectomy (LND) (defined as 20 nodes removed) selected. Overall (OS) was evaluated following generation Kaplan-Meier curves compared log-rank test.
