摘要: In CaCo-2 cells, the transport of cholesterol from plasma membrane to endoplasmic reticulum occurs via vesicles, likely derived specialized domains membrane. Agents that inhibit p-glycoprotein activity interfere with and secretion triacylglycerol-rich lipoproteins. The uptake micellar causes “clustering” microdomains containing caveolin. It is it these areas fluxes reticulum. Cholesterol major substrate for ACAT lipoprotein cholesterol. newly-synthesized constitutive independent Golgi, microtubular function, new protein synthesis, or p-glycoprotein. cells regulate amount arriving at by altering rate not process. pathways are distinct.
