Mechanical fault detection and diagnosis device for wind generator by using stator electrical signatures

摘要: The fault detection and diagnosis of the wind turbine can be effectively carried out by adopting voltage current signals generator. In order to realize state monitoring turbine, in this paper, embedded device for power transmission system with DSP — TMS320F28335 as core processor is designed. hardware platform built using rich peripheral interface module F28335, addition providing conventional single channel FFT spectrum fast Hilbert variable envelope spectrum, also collected at same time, achieve integration two channels instantaneous demodulation other special analysis functions. Through simulation experiment a pair gears shows that diagnose information gear, fuse signal, rotor excitation harmonic double fed generator restrained, it especially suitable on-site inspection kind fault.
