摘要: The objective of this paper is to investigate the detection damage in electromechanical equipment using electrical output signals. This can help designers eliminating sensor redundancy as well being a non-invasive method and remote monitoring approach. As an example, coupled gearbox generator model wind turbine system created. A crack gear tooth introduced modeled reduction stiffness during meshing gears. simulation results show that angular acceleration at side bands mesh frequency increases according severity, which expected. However, spectrum torque shows distinct peaks due crack. It also shown cracks different gears be detected frequencies, possibility identifying source cracks, providing opportunity for diagnostics.
