摘要: Morphometric methods permit identification of insect species and are an aid for taxonomy. Quantitative wing traits were used to identify male euglossine bees. Landmark- outline-based have been primarily independently. Here, we combine the two using five Euglossa. Landmark-based correctly classified 84% 77%, but integrated analysis 91% samples. Some presented significantly high reclassification percentages when only cell contour was considered, correct specimens with damaged wings also obtained this methodology.
