摘要: Nanocrystalline double-layer film of TiO2/ZnO was prepared by pulsed laser deposition on quartz substrate and their microstructure, optical property photocatalysis were investigated. The first/bottom ZnO layer grew its [001] direction the wurtzite structure, while second/top TiO2 consisted nanorods grown anatase structure. showed improved photoabsorption in visible light UVvisible absorption spectrum; weaken UV emission enhanced deep level photoluminescence spectrum. By degradation methyl orange methylene blue, exhibited evident photodegradation efficiency a wide wavelength range. That can be explained response range, more effective use irradiation retarded recombination electronhole pairs double films. [doi:10.2320/matertrans.M2011345]
