摘要: Prostatic subclinical inflammation is associated with elevated serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) level when there contact and disruption of the glandular epithelium prostate. This aggressiveness was graded on a 4-point scale proposed by Irani (1). Patients an PSA no malignancy in their transrectal biopsy, have lower risk biopsy missed carcinoma high score. The density itself inflammatory cells prostatic tissue not level. We believe that both issues should be considered interpreting biopsy.
