Dietary patterns in Swedish adults; results from a national dietary survey.

摘要: Dietary patterns derived by statistical procedures is a way to identify overall dietary habits in specific populations. The aim of this study was and characterise Swedish adults using data from the national survey Riksmaten 2010-11 (952 women, 788 men). Principal component analyses were used two identified both sexes: healthy pattern loading positively on vegetables, fruits, fish seafood, vegetable oils, negatively refined bread fast food, traditional potatoes, meat processed meat, full-fat milk products, sweet bakery condiments margarine. In addition, light-meal women with positive loadings fibre-rich bread, cheese, rice, pasta food grain dishes, substitute products for dairy candies tea. correlated fibre (r 0·51-0·58) n-3 0·25-0·31) (all P<0·0001), had higher nutrient density folate, vitamin D Se. added sugar 0·20-0·25) also SFA 0·13-0·21) P<0·0001); general micronutrients. scores associated with, example, age, physical activity, education income. conclusion, we three major among adults. can be further examining association between whole diet health outcomes.
