摘要: Conventional energy detection (ED) spectrum sensing method requires the knowledge of noise power and consequently suffers from uncertainty. In this letter we propose a novel blind spatial to conquer problem. We utilize an Electronically Steerable Parasitic Antenna Receptor (ESPAR) which can divide space into several sectors switch receive beampattern each sector in time-division fashion. The difference received signal energies among heavily depends on presence/absence primary user (PU) signal. Motivated by fact, introduce energy-based algorithm using ratio maximum-minimum (MMEN). MMEN overcome uncertainty problem achieve higher accuracy performance with lower computational complexity. Theoretical analysis proposed is also provided. Simulation results are presented verify efficiency algorithm.
