摘要: Eight pyro-type aconitine alkaloids contained in the processed aconite powder 'Kako-bushi-matsu' were studied for their analgesic, antiinflammatory and acute toxic actions. All these compounds showed significant analgesic Among alkaloids, 16-epi-pyrojesaconitine pyrojesaconitine most potent analgesics. The activity of was lower than that each parent aconitine, mesaconitine, hypaconitine jesaconitine. However, had very low toxicity, decreasing rates toxicity changing from to much larger those relating activity. found inhibit carrageenin-induced hind paw edema at 2 6 h after carrageenin subplantar injection. Consequently, it demonstrated produced through processing raw roots, 'Bushi', have a role medicinal effects 'Kako-bushi-matsu'.
