摘要: Antigen-specific T cell responses have primarily been considered in terms of activation signals delivered through the TCR and co-stimulatory molecule CD28. In past few years, studies demonstrated critical importance inhibitory for regulating lymphocyte activation. CD28 its homologue cytotoxic antigen-4 (CTLA-4) share same counter-receptors on antigen-presenting cells, but recent experiments shown that CTLA-4 opposite effects The mechanisms responsible integrating these at cellular molecular levels are just beginning to be elucidated.
