摘要: The purpose of the present study was to determine whether plasma membrane human oocyte is reorganised following fertilisation and during early cleavage. In order characterise localise major sugar moieties on surface glycoproteins, oocytes embryos were labelled with a range fluorescent lectins. Regional organisation microvilli in also studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). oocytes, zygotes blastomeres stained strongly homogeneously concanavalin A Triticum vulgaris lectin (WGA), indicating presence glycoconjugates alpha-D-mannosyl residues, sialic acid beta-NAc-glucosaminyl groups. We did not observe regional domains zygotes, suggesting that topographically fertilisation. SEM shows zygote be organised into short 0.2-3.0 microns length at density 5-20/microns2. cleavage stages are shorter less frequent (0.2-1.0 microns; 1-5/microns2); however, there no evidence polarisation this level organisation, either stage development. cell fragments, common embryo vitro, differs having few numerous cytoplasmic blebs. conclusion, obvious morphological signs regionalisation before 8-cell stage.
