摘要: Utilizing multiperforated capsules implanted in tissue, the concentrations of cephalotin, ampicillin, and tetracycline soft tissue interstitial fluid (STIF) renal (RIF) were measured simultaneously compared with found serum urine dogs. Antibiotic concentration RIF was less than urinary levels but exceeded concentrations. A direct time-concentration relationship these three structurally unrelated antibiotics found. This model helps illuminate basic pharmacokinetics antibiotic interstitium where pyelonephritis occurs.
