摘要: Abstract A Plackett–Burman 2 7 ×3/32 design for seven factors (nitric acid concentration, hydrochloride hydrogen peroxide solution volume, particle size, microwave power, and exposure time to energy) was carried out in order find the significant variables affecting metals leaching after a pseudo-digestion procedure by energy from mussel. Nitric concentration or peroxide, were most variables, 3 +star central composite used their optimization. hydrochloric concentrations between 4.1 5.3 M, 2.8 3.8 respectively, found as optimum many elements (Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Pb Zn) yielding process times 1.2–2.2 min range. However, As quantitatively leached with 4.8 M an of 2.0 min, while Co Se extracted using nitric (1.0 5.0 respectively) (5.0 M) min. Finally, Hg acid/hydrogen at 3.5:2.0 also radiation 1.75 Trace determined flame atomic absorption spectrometry, electrothermal spectrometry cold vapor — spectrometry. The methods finally applied several reference materials (DORM-1, DOLT-1 TORT-1), achieving good accuracy.
