摘要: An optimization of the hydride generation quartz furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (HG-QFAAS) method used for selenium trace determination was performed. Experimental designs at two levels, including seven factors, were used, allowing evaluation influence each analytical variable on peak area, repeatability and signal-to-noise ratio (S/N). For most significant factors are helium oxygen flow-rates. The NaBH4 flow-rate generator temperature have a strong effect repeatability. No factor is really essential S/N. detection limit 1.5 ng SeIV(3sb). absorbance found to be linear over range 1.5–60 ng. A 3.72% relative standard deviation obtained six determinations 10 SeIV solution. Community Bureau Reference (BCR) certified reference material (CRM) 402 White Clover studied, in order control quality determination. total contents determined using HG-QFAAS optimized then compared with results given by an electrochemical (differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry).
