摘要: Brain amyloidosis with abundant beta/A4 protein deposition in plaques and cortical meningeal vessels is found Alzheimer's disease (AD) hereditary cerebral hemorrhage amyloidosis-Dutch type (HCHWA-D). In contrast to AD, no neuritic pathology or classical congophilic are HCHWA-D. Unlike most AD cases, the angiopathy HCHWA-D very severe. It still unknown whether deposits have same origin. this study, we used frozen tissue of patients investigate amyloid precursor (APP) different types angiopathy. Immunohistochemical staining was conducted using antibodies against synthetic proteins APP including MAbP2-1, a monoclonal antibody purified protease nexin-2, which secreted form APP. immunohistochemical studies on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue, revealed high number resembling AD. All were diffuse type. Double-staining MabP2-1 antisera revealed: 1) presence immunoreactivity transitional forms; 2) absence AD; 3) pronounced weak Together these findings suggest that: a) related changes; b) processes occur formation vessels; c) differences exist between process
