摘要: Les anticorps antigangliosides sont-ils augmentes par la chirurgie lombaire? Dans notre pratique clinique nous avons ete confrontes a deux patients dont presentation suggerait une neuropathie. Ils avaient un dosage des eleve et ont recu immunoglobulines intraveineuses. developpe effets secondaires de ce traitement (meningite aseptique, insuffisance renale). Tous beneficie dans les mois precedant l'hospitalisation d'une lombaire. Nous sommes pose question savoir si lombaire pouvait induire augmentation antigangliosides. recrute 11 dose avant l'intervention, 3 jours 1 apres chirurgie. resultats ne montrent pas modification dosages suite chirurgie, qui malgre le possible relarguage d'antigenes n'induit production d'anticorps novo. Certains taux chirugie cela relativise decouverte fortuite d'anticorps.
