摘要: The quality of the results obtained by quantitative and semiquantitative methods in ICP-MS was critically investigated with a certified reference material (SLRS-3 Riverine Water), under multi-element routine analysis conditions. Quantitative were based on external calibration simple weighted linear regression one use commercial program (TotalQuant III) internal Sc, In Bi. Statistical weights used regressions calculated from noise model, which included different sources order to facilitate this mode. Analytical indicated that concentrations elements studied agreement values three quantification methods. Relative uncertainties ranged 20%, for around LOQ, 6% higher than 100 times LOQ. They similar or better than those over wide range (0.01–100 ng ml−1). uncertainty related calibrations could be reduced magnitude adjusting concentration analyte increasing time.
