摘要: Abstract The purpose of this paper was to investigate surface alloying Sn/Al system by high current pulses electron beam (HCPEB) irradiation. As a result, Sn covered on the and formation large size craters caused increasing roughness at early stage repeated pulsed Subsequently, irradiation led dissolution Al together with elimination forming smooth allying layer low roughness. On topmost in remelted uniformly distributed ultrafine particles. beneath diffused consisting abundant structure defects, vicinity which were separated out number microhardness increased about 0.82 GPa after 35-pulsed samples. tribological property enhanced HCPEB that induced refinement particles hard matrix.
