摘要: Exogenous indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) is conjugated in citrus leaf tissue (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck, var. Shamouti) to one major metabolite which has been identified as indole-3-acetylaspartic (IAAsp). Ethylene pretreatment induced catabolism of IAA indole-3-carboxylic (ICA) was found accumulated a glucose ester (ICA-glu). The identification IAAsp and ICA performed by means GC-MS.
