摘要: Polydatin, an active ingredient from the roots of Polygonum cuspidatum, is considered to have protective effects on cardiovascular system and liver. In this study, we demonstrated that polydatin has antitumor activity against human cervical cancer. Polydatin efficiently inhibited cancer cell proliferation by regulating cycle-related proteins including p21, p27, CDK2, CDK4, Cyclin D1, E1. Furthermore, suppressed invasion migration epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, Snail Slug. The c-Myc, as a proto-oncogene, be closely associated with metastasis tumor cells. After treatment, protein expression c-Myc showed significant decrease. Based these data, overexpressed in cells observed overexpression rescued inhibitory effect metastasis. These results indicated can inhibit through suppressing
