摘要: Papillary thyroid carcinoma is one of the most common subtypes cancer and portends a good prognosis. N-cadherin (neural cadherin) member classical cadherin family often overexpressed in many types cancers. Snail, kind zinc finger protein, transcriptional repressor which has been intensively studied mammals. We investigate immunohistochemical expression Snail papillary tissues cells then discuss clinical value expression. Immunohistochemical technique was performed to detect 60 cases analyzed relationship between N-cadherin, clinicopathological indicators. Western blot used constitutive inducible N-cadherin. In our study, rate 85.0 % (51/60) 78.3 % (47/60), respectively, carcinoma. The with metastatic lymph nodes 93.3 86.7 %, while tissue without node metastasis, 60.0 53.3 %, respectively. positive correlation observed (r = 0.721, p < 0.01). addition, further identified cell lines. conclusion, are constitutively inducibly expressed may play important roles development metastasis be as an effective indicator.
