摘要: This research was aimed to investigate the prevalence and clinical impact of occult HBV infection in thalassemic patients with chronic HCV infection. In this cross-sectional study we have totally examined 60 suffering infections by PCR RT-PCR methods, respectively, Kerman province Iran. ELISA technique (RADIM, Italy) used detect anti-HBc, anti-HBs HBsAg. The serum level liver enzymes (SGOT, SGPT, DB, TB ALK) were analyzed infected (MAN, IRAN). Statistical analyses performed using t-test Chi-square. We found that 27 cases (out 60) but HBV-DNA not seen patients. Present findings also showed none samples HBsAg positive 9 (33%) 27) HCV-RNA anti-HBc 11 (40.7%) for anti-HBs. SGOT, ALK are above normal (100%), 19(70.3%), 12(44.5%), 15 (55.5%) RNA-HCV patients, respectively. hepatitis C is very high based on other studies our results more than provinces contrast these could be detected, hence, it seems isn't frequent Iranian who from
