摘要: Osteonecrosis (ON) of the femoral head, also known as avascular necrosis (AVN) is a progressive disease that predominantly affects younger patients. During early stage ON, decompression head has been commonly used to improve pain. The augmented with nonvascularized or vascularized bone grafts, mesenchymal stems cells, and growth factors. use adjuvant factors supplement core mainly limited animal models in an attempt regenerate necrotic lesion ON. Factors utilized include morphogenetic proteins, vascular endothelial factors, hepatocyte fibroblast granulocyte colony-stimulating stem cells In models, these shown increase formation angiogenesis. Although promising, cell-based therapies clinically remains limited.
