摘要: Thrombotic microangiopathies (TMAs) comprise a number of distinct disorders with shared findings platelet thrombi within small arterioles resultant thrombocytopenia and mechanical destruction red blood cells vessels. For many forms TMA, including thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), effective treatment exists but must be instituted without undue delay, the itself may costly not risk.
