摘要: DNA probes specific for genes coding the heat stable enterotoxins (ST-I and ST-II), labile (LT-I LT-II), Shiga like cytotoxins enterohemorrhagic factor (EHF), were used to examined 150 fecal Escherichia coli isolates from both diarrheic healthy piglets. Thirty seven percent of hybridized with LT-I probe, seventy one them did so LT-II while six possessed enterotoxins. No SLT-I positive hybridization was found four SLT-II genes.
