Dielectric Relaxation and Dynamic Light Scattering Study of Liposome in the Aqueous Solution

摘要: The dynamic light scattering (DLS) has been used to investigate the diffusion behavior and size distribution of liposome. DLS experiments show two classes particles with their hydrodynamic radii being 4-12 nm 66-80 nm. numbers associated peaks are estimated by means properties particles, which that overwhelming majority is big ones. Broadband dielectric spectroscopy (BDS) dynamical structure liposome in aqueous solution water, makes it possible precisely explain molecular mechanism, structures various as a function temperature frequency. We have observed four relaxation processes, where low frequency processes commonly charged macromolecules solution, third process appeared MHz region due motion ions, also related lipid, high about 20 GHz free water surrounding Gel-LC phase transition described very accurately from temperature-dependent shape parameter, β, obtained Cole-Cole fitting. β value LC smaller than gel phase.
