摘要: Monoclonal antibodies are used to determine whether tumour cells of malignant lymphomas in dogs belong B or T lymphocytes, define the proliferative potential (Ki-67 protein, PCNA antigen, AgNORs) and demonstrate effects mutations p53 gene. Among 76 examined cases, 58 tumours (76.32%) were lymphocytes B; remaining 18 (23.68%) cases qualified as originating from T. Lymphomas with a high grade malignancy prevailed (54 71.06%), also this group (48 88.89%). The 22 (28.95%) represented less lymphomas, including 12 lymphocyte (54.54%). In highly values Ki67 indices demonstrated. Positive reactions low intensity anti-p53 protein obtained 31 (57.4%) 9 (40.9%) lymphomas. dogs, most frequently centroblastic receptor encountered. extent is determined by young forms their proliferation exponents Ki-67 proteins.
