摘要: The purpose was to determine the immunophenotype of canine lymphomas (CLs) classified according WHO nomenclature for domestic animals, and relate these findings immunoexpression p53 protein. Lymphomas were immunophenotyped with antibodies CD79a, CD3, protein, suitable paraffin wax-embedded tissue sections. Of 55 cases, 40 (72.7%) B-cell phenotype, 12 (21.8%) T-cell three (5.4%) non-B-non-T lymphomas. lymphomas, 31 large type, six lymphoplasmacytic, one lymphocytic, follicular (grade II) unclassified low-grade. One peripheral morphologically consistent anaplastic cell lymphoma. Immunolabelling occurred in 24 seven high grade histology showed a significantly increased frequency positivity (P = 0.01). Positivity (more than 10% positive cells) tended be associated phenotype 0.06). Mean patient age higher p53-positive cases 0.02). These data are comparable human
