摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the technical, toxic and therapeutic aspects autologous bone marrow transplantation (BMT) in dogs with lymphoma, as well effect freezing bags on nucleated cell count, CD34 stem count viability. Seven lymphoma were submitted after eight or nine chemotherapy sessions related remission induction phase Madison-Wisconsin protocol followed for six 18 months BMT. consisted harvesting (10 mL/kg), by administration cyclophosphamide (400 500 mg/m) intravenous reinfusion marrow. Bags containing processed steps including red depletion, plasma depletion cryoprotectors addition. stored at -80°C four days. Freezing neither modified cells/kg viability, suggesting that technical procedures efficacious. mean segmented neutrophil nadir 506 cells/μL occurred three seven days Eleven BMT all had normal leukocyte counts. Complete observed animals six, 17 months. One animal showed complete relapse death 12, 40 87 transplantation. Autologous minimally supported myelosuppression caused high dose cyclophosphamide.
