Ferrocenoylhydrazone of 2-N-tosylaminobenzaldehyde: Structure, properties, and complexing ability

摘要: 2-N-Tosylaminobenzaldehyde ferrocenoylhydrazone was synthesized. The crystal structure of the hydrazone shown to include two independent molecules differing in mutual orientation tosyl and ferrocene fragments. Quantum-chemical simulation tautomerism performed. Its complexes with Cu(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) were synthesized investigated.
