摘要: The effect of the combination a recombinant adenovirus (ATV) expressing specific apoptin protein and cisplatin on human lung cancer cells (A549 cells) was determined. inhibitory effects ATV cisplatin, alone, or alone migration invasion A549 were evaluated in vitro using cell proliferation, wound healing, Transwell Matrigel assays. tumor inhibition vivo assessed by observing growth survival rate nude mice with subcutaneous xenografts grown from implanted after treatment ATV, combined cisplatin. proliferation (P<0.01), (P<0.01) suppressed significantly dose- time-dependent manner. transplanted group higher than that displayed other groups, treated alone. results indicated application could reduce toxicity showed synergistic reducing increasing survival. Thus, there is potential research value treating tumors which provides foundation for future preclinical studies this antitumor treatment.
