摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use autogenous gingival grafts as barriers for endosseous implants placed directly into fresh extraction sockets. This consisted four patients who presented with hopeless teeth due endodontic pathology, caries, or root resorption. In all cases, in question were extracted at Stage 1 surgery. An form implant immediately socket each case. As a consequence immediate placement, there lack primary closure over fixture and large space present between remaining alveolus. graft sutured place cover act physical barrier epithelium, food debris, possibly bacteria. At 2 surgery, achieved complete osseointegration clinically radiographically. results 16 24 months reveal continued success cases. report demonstrates potential placement. A clinical trial fully assess procedure is recommended.
