摘要: A 7-year follow-up of implants placed immediately after tooth extraction into fresh sites is reported. Small autogenous bone chips (from adjacent to implant sites) were grafted the defect between and socket walls when needed. Closure wound was obtained by coronal repositioning flap, no membranes used. Care taken minimize hematoma formation under flap during healing part-time use removable prosthesis with thick soft linings surgery. At second stage surgery, mucoperiosteal flaps apically repositioned for maximum attached gingival width reconstruct vestibule. Minor complications such as exposure occurred in 16% cases. Implant mean 5-year cumulative survival rate 95%. There loss loading. The results indicated that will heal predictably.
