摘要: The installation of implants directly into extraction sockets offers considerable advantages over other treatment modalities for both practitioners and patients. Usually, immediate are placed subsequently covered by mucosa allowing a submerged healing mode. This report presents the rationale, clinical procedures results transmucosal implants. Following an intracrevicular incision flap elevation, tooth to be extracted is carefully luxated means small elevators preserve entire bony housing tooth. A titanium plasma-sprayed implant (ITI Bonefit) then installed at bottom or in wall socket. An expanded polytetrafluoroethylene barrier membrane (Gore-Tex GTAM) tightly adapted around post margins alveolus. flaps replaced, neck sutured. During nonsubmerged, site, meticulous plaque control performed mechanical chemical means. Membranes removed after 5-7 months. Since infection was prevented, obtained stability, healthy peri-implant mucosal tissues were observed missing bone alveoli regenerated. Of 21 fresh sockets, 20 yielded complete fill coverage plasma-coated surface time removal. documentation suggests that nonsubmerged socket predictable modality with good long-term prognosis.
