摘要: Immediate placement of implants into fresh extraction sockets would have the principal advantage decreasing recommended period healing. It also result in a guided implant, and it could reduce resorption alveolar bone area. However, when an implant is placed immediately socket, may not engage walls socket near crest ridge. With presence defect around ingrowth soft tissue compromise achievement osseointegration crestal The objective this study was to evaluate healing response adjacent with without covering membranes. Eight adult mongrel dogs had third fourth mandibular premolars extracted bilaterally. Thirty-two submerged titanium hollow-screw were inserted sockets. On right side, covered expanded polytetrafluorethylene membrane, whereas left side served as control. One dog killed after 2 weeks, one 4 six 12 weeks. Soft dehiscense developed over 10 (12-week dogs) Dehiscense noted histologically three contralateral control implants. When occurred membrane exposed oral hygiene during healing, degree integration significantly less than sites results suggest that essential avoid dehiscence exposure if predictable are be obtained using principle generation dental
