摘要: Abstract If two holes are suddenly created in the same band and at atomic site e.g. by an Auger process a solid, their density of states N (ω) will depend on Coulomb interaction. In tight binding model, we present exact (ω), limit zero bandwidth. case general band, give integral equation that allows calculating once single electron is known. The interaction shown to produce characteristic distortion hence spectrum.
