Investigation of the SWB and its relation with demographic parameters in patients with breast cancer referred to an oncology hospital affiliated to the Isfahan university of medical sciences

摘要: Background: Spiritual well-being is well-recognized as a factor that affects cancer patients' quality of life, care, and satisfaction. There evidence supports the fact spiritual needs are associated with better higher hospice utilization, less aggressive care at end life. However, few studies have examined (SWB) in patients. Less known about spirituality; furthermore, no published research SWB its relationship demographic parameters breast patients exists; this made us carry out project. Materials Methods: This cross-sectional study was descriptive - analytical one, conducted on 297 patients, simple sampling methodology. The data collection instrument included questionnaire containing two parts (demographic information standard Scale questionnaire). were analyzed 95% confidence by SPSS 18 , using analytic statistics. Results: According to results present study, most subjects (52.52%) moderate level. Results showed average score for religious aspect (RWB) 51.38 ± 8.17 60, existential (EWB) 42.47 10.21 total 93.69 10.04 120.
