摘要: AbstractThe use of web 2.0 in shaping and implementing public sector innovation policies is rather unexplored. Private practice suggests a good potential fir reshaping polity processes from top down to more bottom-up approaches, building on low cost access collaborative spaces knowledge. By way analysing recent foresight project attached European Institute Innovation Technology (EIT), we explore how the application process influences widely applied For-Learn Foresight Cycle general design management projects. The paper also identifies implications for polity-making avenuesfirfiaure research.
