摘要: The effect of a rapid temperature increase on the volume different types cells was investigated. Experiments were carried out using continuous microscopic image analysis. Volume variation yeast cells, spheroplasts and human leukaemia measured during transient phase after thermal shift. shift found to induce in cell for lacking wall (yeast cells). This is assumed be main cause heat shock-induced death. A theoretical mechanistic model that explains behaviour these finally proposed.
