摘要: This paper examined the relationships between national culture and strategic behavior in banking industry Jordan U.S. The study first developed a posture secondly cultural profile for top management of research domain. suggested readiness response from managers. degree was correlated with constructed managers financial performance banks. found significant certain characteristics, (risk propensity, time orientation, openness to change, uncertainty avoidance managerial perception control over environment) performance.
