摘要: — A high-transmittance transflective device based on a hybrid structure consisting of transparent organic light-emitting diode (OLED) stacked top reflective liquid-crystal (RLCD) was conceptually demonstrated. By placing the OLED vertically aligned LCD operated under normally black mode, transmittance as high 75.7% obtained due to asymmetric emission characteristics OLED. To further improve performance in transmissive polarizer-free used, which yielded an ultra-high (82.2% overall).
