摘要: Abstract Delay in diagnosis or treatment of ocular tuberculosis can result loss vision. However, due to the fact that early is rarely achieved, there are still a broad variety diagnostic and approaches. Our aim was reach consensus on management tuberculosis. Methods Critical appraisal literature expert opinion Results conclusion The currently recommended method for TB screening any uveitis unknown etiology, recurrent not responding conventional therapy; findings highly suggestive before immunosuppression (particularly biologic agents). these cases includes skin testing interferon gamma testing, along with complete medical history, ophthalmologic evaluation chest imaging. Positively screened patients should be treated active 4 drugs (isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide ethambutol) 6–9 months. Patients reviewed at end initiation phase (two months) overall (6–9 months).
