摘要: Abstract The osmoregulatory capacity (OC) was used to study the effects of hypoxia in Penaeus vannamei. Since OC varied with molt stages a tendency for animals show reduced before and after ecdysis, only shrimps at C-D0 were consequently used. Hyper-OC hypo-OC, respectively, measured low salinity seawater, both depressed 1–2 days exposure oxygen tension (PO2) ranging from 4 8 kPa. Low PO2 effect time-dependent. recovered fully 24 h an O2 saturated medium. measurement is confirmed as convenient tool monitor physiological condition stress crustaceans.
