摘要: Heroin addicts on 0 or 2 mg of methadone and finishing a 14-day detoxification program, control subjects were shown videotape heroin-related stimuli. Psychological questionnaires completed before after the videotape, while physiological responses monitored during viewing. It was found that experimental had an increased level anxiety, depression, subjective craving following stimulus presentation, with controls showing no similar change in these measures. In addition, group significant increases heart rate galvanic skin response compared controls. The results present some first objective evidence conditioned abstinence occurring exposed to stimuli closely related those natural environment.
